Milwaukee, WI – November 2023 – Ovention® is launching the Shuttle® S2600, a new size in the Precision Impingement® oven lineup. Along with the Precision Impingement technology, which utilizes top and bottom hot air for a fast, high-quality cook without microwaves, the S2600 has the features and benefits of the previous sizes of Shuttle ovens with the bonus of being able to accommodate a full-size sheet pan.
Shuttle ovens can operate as a high-performance conveyor or in “Shuttle” mode with a sealed baking chamber for menu flexibility and energy efficiency. With controlled settings, the large 26-inch belt can feed left or right and has patented dual auto-load and unload capability for multi-tasking and increased output. The S2600 also features two intuitive full-color, front-facing touchscreens that can store over 1000 multistage recipes and self-diagnostics for monitoring oven components and performance. The S2600 is stackable up to two ovens high, has a mountable remote control module option, and has dozens of other cooking accessory options.
